Q.  I am completely lost and feel overwhelmed, and I don’t even know where to start….

A.  RYS Interior Consulting’s mission is to take the stress and confusion out of design, and to assist homeowner’s  put their ideas into an Action Plan with deliverables and an obtainable timeline.  With our established relationships with reputable contractors and vendors, we can take your project from an idea to a finished product.  At RYS Interior Consulting, creating beautiful, livable spaces is our passion and excellence is our goal.

Q.  There are several packages listed on your website, how do I decide which one is the right package for me?

A. All projects begin with our Free “20 Minute Discovery Call”, where we have the opportunity to speak with one another, and to discuss your project. During the Discovery Call, we have the ability to learn a little bit more about one another, and to see if we are a good fit.  At the end of the Discovery Call, we will instruct you as to which package is the right package for you and your project.

Q.  How do I pay for the packages?  Do you take personal checks?

A.  To purchase a package, simply click on a package, then click the “Purchase” button.  This will take you to your own private studio; where you will be able to schedule our meeting, and complete the questionnaire or other information we may need.  RYS does not take personal checks or money orders.  We can arrange other electronic means for you to pay should you not have, or want to use, a credit card.

Q.  Is your site secure for me to enter my credit card information?

A.  Yes. Stripe exceeds the most stringent security standards:

  • All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information and your client's and fan's information are securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.
  • Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that not only is your information safe and secure, but your client's and fan's information is safe and secure.
  • All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your information.
  • Stripe employs state of the art techniques to actively fight against credit card fraud. By using Stripe, you automatically benefit from the automated Radar platform.

Q.  After paying for my package, I received an email from Mydoma Studio with a temporary password.  What is Mydoma Studio and what should I do with this password?

A. Mydoma Studio is a third party project management site which allows RYS to keep all of your project information, including; project files, before + after photos, inspiration photos, product proposals, invoices and much more!  It will allow us to keep your project running smoothly, and on time and budget. Once you have signed on to your studio in Mydoma Studio, enter your contact information and change the temporary password to one you will remember. RYS has no way of retrieving your password, but can reset your password by sending you a new temporary password. **An online tutorial on how to navigate through your studio is being produced and will be live soon.

Q.  The Package Description mentions a “mood board”.  What is a mood board, and how is it used for my project?

A.  Mood boards are physical or digital collages that arrange images, materials, text and other design elements into a format that’s representative of the final design’s style. Mood boards are a digital, conceptual overview of our vision for your project.
